ABOUT GENERAL GOVERNMENT
The Village Clerk oversees daily operations of the village. The clerk prepares information for the village board and its standing committees, communicates board policies to village departments and monitors their implementation, develops and presents the annual budget to the village board, and supervises all departmental operations, employees and programs as well as provides oversight of the village’s Legal Division.

PALMER MUNICIPAL CODES

Requested copies of documents will be charged a fee AND require a completed and signed Request for Records form (Nebraska §84-712). Additionally, the formatting and pagination of the posted documents varies from the formatting and pagination of the official copy. Any questions or concerns regarding such documents shall be addressed with the Village Board of Trustees at a regularly scheduled meeting–to be added to an agenda, be sure to contact the Village Clerk more than 24 hours prior to a meeting (Nebraska §84-1411) and complete a CITIZEN CONCERN FORM. The Board generally meets the first or second Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm CST–contact the Village Clerk to verify the scheduled date and time (Phone: 308-894-8665).
